We ship worldwide! Once your order is placed merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date. A confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
We have the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard | 5-10 Business Days
Expedited | 3-6 Business Days
Express | 1-2 Business Days * Order must be placed before 7 am PST in order to ship the same day.
International Shipping Policy
Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date. Regular standard shipping internationally takes roughly 10-20 business days to arrive. Please note customs fees may apply. RLYNDA does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items bought on www.Rlynda.US will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
Please note that all Clearance items, Outlet, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.
In the event, your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
Used a coupon code? No problem! We are now accepting returns using coupon codes unless otherwise stated. Note the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors.

1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply. Click here for our full Policy.
2. Print out our return exchange form. You can find it by clicking here. Fill out the form and send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund or exchange.

Is my item refundable? Yes, however, some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Our full store policy can be read by clicking here. Final sale items include swimwear, intimates, jewelry, and accessories.
Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
How long does it take to process my refund/exchange? Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back to the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.
When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds do require roughly 3-5 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times.
